Perinatologist, Founder of Miracle Babies

Dr. Sean Daneshmand is a highly-respected perinatalogist based out of southern California. Through his nonprofit Miracle Babies, he provides financial assistance to families who have given birth to high-risk babies. After his own wife was threatened with a pregnancy that required intensive care. Daneshmand started the organization with the goal of providing aid to families whose thoughts were consumed with that of the health of their newborns. Daneshmand was recently profiled as a CNN Hero, a member of CNN’s continuing series, highlighting people around the world who are making extraordinary impacts in their communities.
