hi everyone
im a newbie. just 8 1/2 weeks now. my first trimester so far has been rough!! sickeness all day, nauseous all day etc.... cant seem to eat veggies right now...yuck! etc etc....i KNOW many of you have been the same....at the moment im just overwhelemed with it and need some tips, advice from all of you!! i need to know it will get better!!:) i know its worth it, i really do...i just want to make sure im normal!!
im looking for some amazing woman tips!!

congratulatios! Sorry to hear of your first trimester blues. yes it will get better! A few tips:
Eat some saltine crackers before you get out of bed in the a.m.

Don't get to the point of getting hungry, keep snacking on things that agree with you.

Eat watermelon.

Drink icewater.

Try to get fresh air.

Congrats! It's tough being preggo! I second the saltines...and maybe ice water with a little lemon...or ginger ale. Good luck!

Hello there and congratulations on your big news! You are in for a very exciting journey!!! I have a 15 month old son and am 20 1/2 weeks pregnant wwith my second one.

This is a wonderful time, but I know how tough it can be in the beginning. Like the ladies have said, slatines and lemons definitely top the list. A friend told me ginger also helps, but I haven't tried it. Definitely stay hydrated...that can play a big part in nausea.

yea, its normal...im the same way, 8 1/2 weeks and i cant sleep, im so nautious, very emotional...water with lemon works...thats about it for me, hope you feel better
