I LOVED the episode reviewing the book "I'm pregnant, now what do I eat." But now that I'm 13 weeks into my pregnancy, I find mind mind shifting away from what I should be eating for the health/strenght of the baby, and instead focusing on all the things I *want* to eat but can't. No coffee, no soft cheeses, no deli meats, no tuna, no alcohol, etc.
I'd LOVE to see a fun/lighter episode dedicated to fun things PG ladies CAN eat. Tricks to finding cheese that IS ok... sandwiches with deli meat that are meants to be eaten warm (because I'm not microwaving the turkery for my avocado & turkey sandwich!), mocktails, etc.
