This is a little embarrassing to admit, but I am having trouble with varicose veins. I have them in just one leg (weird, huh?) and higher...and they seem to be getting worse. I realize that this is not uncommon, nor is it likely to improve as I progress in pregnancy. Does anyone know of any ways to "help" besides elevation and support hose?
