Hi! Thanks for your great show! I am 15.5 weeks pregnant with our first child and I live in Japan. I will be giving birth at a neighborhood clinic where epidurals are not available (as is the case in most of Japan), thus natural childbirth is basically my only choice--not sure if that is a good thing or not right now! Anyway, my question is about exercises to do to prepare for natural childbirth. I know it is good to be in shape and walk 30-40 minutes daily and do some stretches I found on a pregnancy website, but am curious to know what the guest says.
Thanks again for your show--it makes me not feel so alone in with so few English speaking preggos around here! The laughs I get from ups and downs are great--as is the information and guests!
