I feel a little weird writing. I've been a subscriber to Pregtastic since I got myself an iPod for post-Christmas.

I'm planning to be pregnant within the next few months. So along those lines, is there anything you wish you would have done before you got pregnant? For instance, I went to the sushi bar for the last time...

ENJOY SLEEPING!...seriously, don't take it for granted because it may never be the same once you get pregnant.:);) Also, I can only stress being as healthy and fit as possible. It's not so much about weight (but it is that, as well) as it is about being as healthy as possible because you will feel and fare so much better through pregnancy and child-birth. Wear the clothes you love, take stock of who you are and what's important to you...once you get pregnant and become a mom, it is VERY EASY to lose yourself. and get a good camera and start writing letters to your future child...you'll want to document EVERYTHING.

Good luck to you on your future pregnancy! I suggest reveling in your time and do all the fun things you and your partner like doing like trips, movies, dinners out, sports...And, enjoy your sleep though also the ability to stay out late and recover your sleep schedule the following days. This will be tough to do later in the pregnancy and with baby.
let us know when it happens!

I suggest having a plan with your significant other with how you're going to deal with the day to day work that is raising your child. The more you can involve your husband in the planning and then with helping after the birth, the happier everyone will be.

I'm thankful that I get to participate with raising our daughter and wouldn't want it any other way.

Sleep is much missed, but also taking time out for yourself. Plan on cutting out anything extra in your life that you do that isn't in your top three favorite things. ;)

I would agree sleep sleep sleep!

Enjoy all of the spontaneous fun things you can;
Eat sushi, brie cheese, nachos with tons of mexicasa cheese;
Drink wine
Wear sexy clothes ;-)
Go to the movies

*sigh* I really, really miss my hubby's and mine wine and cheese nights when we would just have a selection of great cheeses and a couple of delicious bottles of wine. I will definitely relish those as soon as we can have them again.

Good Luck!
