I really enjoyed this podcast about cloth diapering - thank you pregtastic!

One gripe though, the woman who runs Happy Heiny's made several statements that she didn't back up (or tell us where we could look to see it backed up). Dioxins/chemicals in disposables and in the liners of gdiapers, more frequent infections in disposable diapered baby's, decrease in symptoms of baby's with allergies. I'm sure she's telling the truth as she knows it, but did she learn those things from a research study? I'd love to know b/c I KNOW if I say those things to my friends or family, they will question the validity. It's always nice to be able to back up my statements.

Also, if people are interested in this idea, but perhaps not as interested in the extra loads of laundry, I highly recommend reading about gdiapers. I plan on (hopefully) using the gdiaper covers mostly with cloth diapers inside, but love that they're at least trying to find a happy medium. :)

Hopefully this will answer a lot of questions.
Regarding g-diapers a great non-biased source would be to visit: http://www.mothering.com/discussions/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=221

There have been several discussion on this forum regarding the use of g-diapers as well as those who have had clogged pipes. Now I personally have not used them but a lot of our customers have tried them.

This is an informative site regarding children's health: http://www.thediaperhyena.com/diaper_drama_scene3_health.htm
