Hello all,
I remember listening to one of the past podcasts in which Anna (I think it was her) mentioned an all-natural prenatal vitamin that she takes. If anyone knows the vitamin she was taking and can respond, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Amanda

I'm sorry I am not answering your question exactly. I am not sure what prenatal v was mentioned in the show, but I'll share with you the one I have been taking:
It's Rainbow Light's Prenatal One Multi. It was actually recommended to me by a random super woman who was still breast feeding. She could tell I looked confused while I stood in front of all the choices. This formula has ginger, too, so it should help a bit with morning sickness.
I purchased my first bottle at Whole Foods, then found the same formula for a lot less at Target.

Hi Amanda,
Anna was talking about SuperNutrition PreNatals. Here is a link. I hope it helps!

Hi, I am not yet pregnant. My husband and I have been talking about it for a long time and I am going to go to the dr and go off of the pill this month. I want to start a prenatal vitamin. I went to Whole Foods yesterday and bought the Rainbows Light vitamins that were mentioned above in this posting. I was suprised by how many a day I have to take of these! The bottle says to take 6 per day with meals. Does this sound right? And, if so, is it better to take them one at a time throughout the day? I've heard that they can be hard on ones tummy. Is that the reason why so many are to be taken throughout the day? Thanks in advance for any and all info!!

Hi schwankiestj
I think that rainbow light has a prenatal one a day as well as the the one you purchased. I don't like taking a lot of vitamins, so the one a day works best for me too. The rainbow light vitamins are very gentle on the stomach. I started taking them about 4 months before I got pregnant. http://www.rainbowlight.com/Categories.aspx?Category=a6d0bcbc-b848-44c4-a7fe-4dc2e5553134
I hope this helps!
