Default Very excited

I am pregnant with my third child due Sept 2, 2010, however it will be a c-section so I will be giving birth the last week of August. I have a 4yr old daughter and a 2 yr old son (both just had a bday 2 weeks ago).

I am 26 years old and 27 weeks pregnant with my first...it's a boy. I'm so excited but my husband is overseas and I have no family near by. Any suggestions for finding support or doing fun stuff (baby bump photography, classes) alone or with friends.

Have you tried meetup.com? I am not sure where you are, so I can't be much help I am afraid. You could contact your local MOMs Club or MOPS group and see what they have going on. Also, I know some hospitals/birth centers have expecting moms classes and groups. Is your husband military? A number of my friends whose husbands were deployed when they were pregnant found groups through the family connection resources that they had on base.

In terms of photography, belly casting, etc....do you have a local college/university/art school nearby that might need models? Or perhaps a local arts center that might know of someone?

Good luck and congratulations on your upcoming arrival.

I was realizing that I started the other thread in this "file" when I was expecting my second child- a girl. Since then, we have had another boy and I am now expecting our FOURTH baby on December 8th. I am DYING to find out what we are having, but will have to wait another four weeks. Boo!

Default New here!

Hi! I just registered for the forums but I have been listening to Pregtastic since I first got pregnant in December. I have listened to EVERY podcast. It was great for keeping me motivated to exercise in the beginning because that's the only time I would listen.

I'm almost 34 weeks and doing great. I'm due 8/25/10.

Amber
