My husband & I welcomed a 10-week early preemie baby into the world and once she came home from the NICU, it was essential to keep tabs on her comings and goings. We wanted to keep tabs on things like her diapers, nursing times, supplement bottles, sleeping times, etc. mostly for our sanity, but also for her pediatrician who wanted to know how she was doing in her new home environment.
I started off using the ItzBeen Timer, which was great for an overview. I decided I wanted something more detailed and that let me keep a historical log. We soon discovered the
Total Baby iPhone app from ANDESigned ($4.99 at the time of this post). Not only did it track everything the ItzBeen let us track, it also had options for bathtime, milestones, doctor's visits, growth progress, vaccination logs & an extra timer/tracker for whatever you wanted (I used it for my pumping schedule and output).
It was a fantastic tool for us new parents who needed a little guidance through the first 6 months of our child's life! Savannah is now 7 months old and I still use the app to track her milestones, new solid foods & growth. Plus I have all that data from her history to look back at! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
